In order to control SO2 in flue gas,The technology survey and system configuration are introduced. The DCS control system is selected and designed. The realization of flue gas desulphurization automatical control functions are described in detail. The advantage of DCS control system is confirmed by limestone flow, protection of boiler and FGD, misteliminator and reeireulation pump control. It is proved that whole FGD is controlled automatically and parameters are easy to modified. The security and efficiency of FGD are improved greatly.
