摘要
本文研究了填充床中糖从蔗料中抽出和糖的扩散系数的各种影响因素(温度、蔗料尺寸、流动比率和床的高度)。不同的甘蔗予处理表明对抽出的最初阶段有显著的影响,但影响随抽出时间增加而变小,抽出温度对糖分的最初抽出并无显著的影响(最初5分钟),对后期有一定的作用;扩散系数取决于蔗料的予处理程度但随温度而变化,蔗料中糖的扩散系数约为在溶液中的1/9。
Sugar extraction from prepared cane was carried out in a packed bed apparatus. The effect of process variables (temperature,particle size,flow rate,bed height) on sugar extraction and sugar diffusvity was investigated. Differently prepared cane showed significant initial differences in extraction,but these became small with increased extraction times. The extraction temperature did nothave a significant effect on the initial sugar extraction (for,the first five minutes),there was an effectat later times. The diffusivity was independent of the prepared cane size distribution but varied withtemperature. The diffusivity of sugar in cane particles was about one ninth of that for sugar in solution.
