痹痛定胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响

The Effect of Bitongding Capsule(痹痛定胶囊) on Immunity Function of Mice

目的研究痹痛定胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机理。方法予痹痛定胶囊与正清风痛宁分别给小白鼠灌胃,测定小鼠足垫肿胀度及取胸腺、脾脏脏器系数及血清溶菌酶含量,计算半数溶血值(HC50)。结果痹痛定胶囊能抑制小鼠足肿胀,降低胸腺及脾脏脏器系数,提高小鼠血清溶菌酶含量、溶血素HC50值,但作用随着药物剂量的增大而逐渐减弱,大剂量的作用不明显。结论痹痛定胶囊对小鼠细胞免疫功能具有抑制作用,对体液免疫功能具有促进作用。

Objective:To study the mechanism action of Bitongding Capsule(痹 痛 定 胶 囊 ) treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:Using Bingtongding capsule and Zhengqingfengtongning(正 清 风 痛 宁 ) respectively to mice's stomach,determining serum lysozyme,absorption degree,count HC50,mice's foot- swelling degree and thymus,spleen coefficient.Results:Bitongding Capsule could obviously restrain the mice's foot- swelling degree.The large and medium dose group could marked reduce thymus,spleen coefficient,obviously raise serum lysozyme and HC50. But with the dosage increase,the effect was weaken gradually.The big group is not marked.Conclusion:Bitongding Capsule could restrain mice's cell immunity function,promote humoral immunity function.
