净水组合工艺对水致突变物去除评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过现场动态模拟试验,对地表微污染水源水处理的五种组合饮用水净水工艺的致突变物的去除效果进行评价分析,结果认为同时采用“多级屏障”,可有效地去除饮用水生产过程中致突变物和三氯甲烷前体物。臭氧预氧化可以强化后续工艺对致突变物的去除效果;生物预处理可以利用微生物降解作用改变水中的致突变物的结构和性质;在臭氧—生物预处理、传统工艺后增加活性炭吸附或后臭氧氧化,都可有效地降低出水的致突变活性,活性炭吸附对TA98的去除能力优于后臭氧氧化能力,而后臭氧氧化对TA100的去除能力优于活性炭吸附;在臭氧—生物预处理、传统工艺后增加活性炭吸附+后臭氧氧化,可大幅度提高对TA98和TA100的去除能力,移码型致突变和碱基置换型致突变均显示阴性,保证了更优质的饮用水水质。 By scene dynamic simulated tests, the effect of removing mutagen from micro - polluted surface water by five different kinds of united water purify craft worked out. The result showed that using " multi - protective screens" at the same time could remove mutagen and triclomethane producing in the production process effectively. The preozonation can strengthen the removing effect of mutagen in the subsequent craft. The structure and nature of mutagen in the water can be changed by microbiological during the pre - treatment. Adding charcoal adsorption or rear ozonation to the ozone - pretreatment and tradition craft can reduce the mutagenicity of the effluent effectively. The removal ability to TA98 by charcoal adsorption was better than rear ozonation and rear ozonation was better than charcoal adsorption to TA100. Adding charcoal adsorption and rear ozonation to the ozone - pretreatment and tradition craft can increase the removal ability to TA98 and TA100 which the phase shift mutant and substitutional were both negative, and warranted the quality drinking water's quality.
