摘要
以一个两阶段的多任务委托—代理模型来研究供应链中核心企业对其供应商进行生产性投入努力和自身资本投资努力的最优激励问题,并用它来改善供应商在努力进行生产经营活动及努力进行自身资本投资两种任务上合理分配时间和精力,从而达到有效激励供应商提高各种努力水平,以使企业得到更好的发展。在供应链企业间应用相对业绩比较,对于实现对代理人更优的风险分担和激励效果都有极大的理论指导作用。
Most superior incentive question of the core enterprise in the supply chain carries on the production configuration to its supplier diligently and own capital investment diligently by two stages multi-duties principal-agency models. The rational distribution time and the energy of the supplier wae improved, so that it drives the supplier to enhance each kind diligent level effective and obtains a better development. Using Relative Performance Evaluation in supply chain enterprise has the enormous theory instruction function in sharing agent's risk and incentive result.
