数据包络分析(DEA)是一种评价相对有效性的线性规划方法,在投入-产出效率分析中被广泛应用,尤其适用于具有多输入、多输出以及评估对象多元性等特征的资源配置评估中。对DEA方法在城市可持续发展评价中的应用进行了阐述,并利用数据包络分析方法,对上海市主要年份城市可持续发展投入产出相对有效性进行了评价,最后得出上海市可持续发展的递增趋势。

Date envelopment analusis（DEA ） is a type of liner programming method for appraising relative validity. It＇s widely used in input-output efficiency analysis. DEA is especially suitable for resource allocation assessment which has characteristics such as multi-input, multi-output and poly-objectives. The paper states the applying of DEA in evaluating the input-output of urban sustainable development, and evaluates the relative efficiency of main years＇ input-output of the city＇s sustainable development in shanghai by using the method of data envelopment analysis, and finally get the result of upward development trend of Shanghai.
