摘要
利用模糊数学中的H amm ing贴近度评价方法,建立了区域水资源系统可持续发展程度的综合评价模型。通过实例应用,计算结果表明,该方法的评价结果与模糊综合评价模型和属性识别模型基本一致。本文的评价方法概念清晰,隶属函数设计简单,计算简便,可移植性强,更适合于有标准的系统质量评价问题。
This paper sets up a comprehensive evaluation mode for sustainable development of water resources by applying the Hamming osculating method of fuzzy mathematics. According to the actual example, the evaluating result shows that both models are basic coincidence as the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the attribute recognition model, But this evaluating method is more suitable to the system quality with standard, because of the clear concept, simple design and eaeulation, good transplantation of the subject function.
