网络信息时代,高校图书馆面临着新机遇和挑战,读者服务工作在服务对象、服务内容、服务模式、服务手段等方面发生了很大的变化。图书馆要适应新的形势,就必须树立创新意识,开展用户需求研究,利用新技术促进服务手段创新,大力开展网络信息导航服务,加强信息服务创新人才的培养。

In the information times, university library, which is facing the new challenges and opportunities, has been changed greatly in the service object, service content, service model, and service means, etc. The library, which wants to adapt itself to the new situation, must establish the innovation consciousness, develop the researches on the readers＇ demand, utilize the new techniques to promote the innovation of the service means, make great efforts to providing the network information navigating service, and strengthen the cultivation of the innovative.
