摘要
针对目前房屋建筑砖砌体结构在抗震设计中存在的一些共性问题,如平面不规则和楼板不连续、总高度和总层数超限、错层砖砌体结构和纵墙墙体布置较弱、局部尺寸不满足要求等,提出了有效的解决办法,以增强建筑物的抗震性能。
In the light of some common problems of the building construction such as that the plane is existing in the current aseismic design of the brick masonry structure irregular, the floor slab is discontinuous, the total height and total stories exceed the limit, split-level br/ck masonry structure and arrangement of the longitudinal walls are weaker, and some local sizes don't satisfy the requirements, etc., this paper puts forward some effective solving methods for strengthening the aseismic performance of the buildings.
