摘要
基于亚硝酸根对氯酸钾氧化溴甲酚绿而使其褪色所起的催化作用,建立了高灵敏度催化光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法,测定范围为0.08~0.64μg/ml,用于硝酸钾和唾液中亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意.
A catalytic spectrophotometric method is proposed for determining trace amounts of nitrite. The method was based on the nitrite catalysed oxidation of bromocresol green by potassium chlorate, with the results of decoloration. The range of determination was 0. 08-0. 64μg/ml for nitrite. The method has been used to determine trace nitrite in potassium nitrate and saliva samples with satisfactory results.
