Preparation and Exploratory Development of IL-BGE Blood Gas Analyzer Agent

目的:探索配制ILBGE血气分析仪试剂。方法:自配ILBGE血气分析仪试剂,与进口原厂试剂进行比较分析。结果:自配试剂与进口试剂的测定结果各组差异无显著性(P>0.05),具有良好的相关性(r≥0.99);精密度及回收试验效果满意;试剂在室温下保存可稳定18个月以上,对电极无损坏作用。结论:自配试剂临床应用效果良好,稳定价廉,可替代原装进口试剂。

Objective To explore the preparation of IL-BGE blood gas analyzeragent. Methods We prepared IL-BGE blood gas analyzer agent ourselves and compared it to imported agent. Results There is no significant difference between agent prepared by ourselves and imported agent（P〉0.05）, The correlation.of them is satisfactory（r≥0.99）. Both the results of degree of precision and recovery test aresatisfactory. The agent can be stored at room temperature over 18 months. Moreover,it do not damage electrode, Conclusion The agent prepared by ourselves not only hasood clinical application resultbut also is stable and low-cost, So that it can be used asa substitute for imported agent.
