摘要
本文运用了灰色GM（1,1）模型及线性回归模型对科技经费投入进行预测,从实际算例可知其精确度是相当高的。方法简便,具有较高实用价值。
The expenditure of the funds for scientific research is predicted by means of the GM(1,1)Model and the Linear Regression Model with high accuracy. It's verified by practical examples and it is a simple and practical method.
