HDQ型航空点火器的研制

摘要 航空点火器是航空点火计划火烧的必备装置,但国内外现有的航空点火器没有安全机构和存在不能调节投掷速度等缺点。本文对HDQ型航空点火器所使用的化学点火球、燃烧药剂反应机理、最佳用量和浓度、机械投掷器的工作原理作了论述。这种点火器使用了步进电机和光电报警机构,在机械投掷器发生卡机时,点火器可实现自动报警和同步断电停机,因而可确保飞机电源和点火器的安全。并可根据航空点火作业计划的需要选择投掷速度。因而较大地提高了点火器的工作性能和降低了航空点火计划火烧的成本。 The Aerial Ignition Device (AID) is a very necessary device for prescribed burns with aerial ignition,but in the world the many available devices have no safeguard and they can't regulate the throwing speed and etc.In this paper,the chemical ignition sphere,the reaction mechanism of the burn medicaments,the optimum expense quantity and concentration,and the working principle of the mechanical dispenser used in AID,MARK-HDQ,are discussed.Step-by-step motor and photodectricity alarming mechanisms are used in this ignition system When the mechanical dispenser is checked AID can automaticlly alarm and synchronously break the power source and stop the driving motor.For this reason the safety of the aircraft's power and AID can be ensured.Furthermore,on the need of the aerial ignition production plan the throwing speed can be chosen so that work functions of AID are greatly reformed and the cost of prescribed burns with the aerial ignition is reduced
