摘要
目的监测高温与细菌脂多糖复合应激大鼠生命体征与动脉血气等指标的动态变化特点。方法雄性SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为:常温生理盐水组(C组)、高温生理盐水组(H组)、常温细菌脂多糖组(L组)、高温细菌脂多糖组(HL组)。持续监测动物肛温(Tr)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)以及动脉血气的动态变化。结果(1)HL组Tr上升到43.04℃±0.11℃,HR加快到(660±42)次min,MAP下降到(49.0±3.5)mmHg。HL组Tr、HR、MAP与L组[分别为35.00℃±0.21℃、(408±27)次min、(97.2±2.3)mmHg]的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),HL组HR、MAP与H组[分别为(576±33)次min、(67.2±4.8)mmHg]的差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)HL组PaO2、HCO-3、PaCO2于致伤40min时即出现明显下降,致伤120min时分别为(11.59±1.11)kPa、(10.42±1.06)mmolL、(2.82±0.81)kPa。结论高温与细菌内毒素复合应激能够促发与加重生命体征、动脉血气的改变以及全身炎症反应综合征。
Objective To observe the change in vital signs and arterial blood gas in Lipopolysaeeharide (LPS)-injected heat exposed rats. Methods Male pathogen-free Wister rots were randomly assigned to the following groups:sallne-injected normothermie eontrol (C-Group), saline-injected heat exposed (H-Group), LPS-injeeted normothermie control (L-Group), LPS-injected heat exposed (HL-Gmup). Rectal temperature (Tr), heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), arterial blood gas were continually monitored. Results ( 1 )The rots in HLGroup displayed significantly high values of Tr (43.04 ℃ ± 0.11 ±C ) and HR [ (660 ± 42) beats/min ] and low values of MAP [ (49.0± 3.5)mm Hg] compared with C-Group.There was a significant difference in the values of Tr,HR,and MAP between HL-Group and L-Group and in the values of HR and MAP between HL-Gmup and H-Group. (2)The values of PaO2, HCO3^- ,PaCO2 were significantly lower than those in C-Group at 40 min after injected heat stress.At 120 min, the PaO2 [ ( 11.59 ± 1.11) kPa], HCO3^- [ ( 10.42 ± 1.06)mmol/L], PaCO2 [ (2.82 ± 0.81)kPa] in HL-Group were significantly lower than those in L-Group.A significant difference in the values of HCO3^- and PaCO2 between HL-Group and H-Group was also observed. Conclusion LPS-injected heat stress primes the rat to advance and augment the change in vital signs,arterial blood gas,and systemic inflammatory response syndrome.
