摘要
报道了外型直径４８ｍｍ，长２００ｍｍ的圆柱型陶瓷体石油测井用中子管的研制．该管在２０ｋＨｚ的脉冲电压下工作正常，产额最高可达５×１０８ｎ／ｓ，寿命在２５０ｈ以上．
A sealed neutron tube was designed and constructed for carbon/oxygen well logging. The tube is a ceramic cylinder with an outside diameter 48 mm and a length of 200 mm. At repetition rates of 20 kHz, it operates satisfactorily. The tube yields a maximum neutron output of 5×108 n/s. The life time of the tube lasts more than 250 h.
