摘要 TIM(T-cell immunoglobulin mucin,TIM)是新近发现的一个基因家族,其中TIM-3、TIM-1分别选择性的表达于Th1与Th2细胞,TIM家族在Th细胞分化过程中扮演了重要的角色,其在免疫调节中的作用初见端倪。
