分解菊粉微生物的筛选和初步鉴定 被引量:7

摘要 应用富集培养定向筛选技术,从菊芋根际土壤中分离到180余株分解菊粉的各类微生物.通过透明圈法初筛及摇瓶复筛,获得产菊粉酶能力最高的霉菌菌株AJ1405,最高酶活可达13·2μmol·min-1。 strains of microbes were isolated from soil samples by enrichment culture. Most of them were outmoded by means of examining whether there was a transparent area around the colony.Those with a larger transparent area were left, and then were further rescreened with shaking flask culture. At last 16 strains were obtained, the activity of producing inulinase was more than 3μmol/min. The maximum capacity of producing inulinase was about 13. 2μmol/min. Among the 16 strans,the stran AJ1405 was primarily identified. It was considered to be Aspergillus niger.
