沙棘籽油棉酚含量的测定

Determination of Gossypol in Hippophae Rhamnoides L Seed Oil

用三氯化锑法测定了吉林省镇赉产的沙棘籽油中棉酚的含量．结果表明，沙棘籽油中棉酚的含量为４５．８ｍｇ／ｋｇ，比规定的安全含量低近五倍，并与其它油类中棉酚的含量做了对比．

The content of gossypol in hippophae rhamnoides L seed oil was determined by means of the antimonous chloride method. The result shows that the content of gossypol is 45. 8 mg/kg, about five times less than the toxicity limit (200 mg/kg). So it is harmless to the human body. We also determined the content of gossypol in some other oils, including sesame oil, peanul oil, soyabean oil, melon-seed oil, etc.
