摘要
通过扫描电镜(SEM)和激光粒成分析仪(LPS)研究了球磨和立磨粉磨矿渣粉形貌和粒度分布。结果表明:球磨加工的矿渣粉比立磨加工的矿渣粉颗粒尺寸分布宽、圆形度高;在矿渣粉比表面积相近(约430m^2/kg)时,球磨矿渣水泥的强度比立磨矿渣水泥的强度高。利用矿渣粉取代30%~40%的硅酸盐水泥,其水泥浆体的强度差别最大,通过对矿渣粉颗粒群与水泥强度之间的灰色关联分析发现:球磨矿渣粉的颗粒8~32μm时对强度的影响是正关联,且影响程度大;立磨矿渣粉的颗粒为4~8μm时对强度是正关联影响,且影响程度大。
The particle size distribution and appearance of slag powder ground by ball mill and vertical mill was studied by means of SEM and LPS.The result shows that slag powder by ball mill has wider particle size distribution and higher circularity than that by vertical mill;and that the strength of slag cement by ball mill is higher than that by vertical mill when the specific surface area of slag powder are similar (about 430 m^2/kg).The strength of cement mortar has the greatest difference when slag powder substitute for 30%-40% Portland cement.Tbe relationship between cement particle size distribution and the cement strength was analyzed by grey correlation analysis method.The conclusion indicates that the influence of ball milled slag powder on strength is positive correlation when the particle size is 8-32 p,m and has great effect;that the influence of vertical milled slag powder on strength is positive correlation when the particle size is 4-8 μm and has great effect.
