本文用时域有限差分（ＦＤ—ＴＤ）法计算了高斯脉冲平面波投射于金属导体圆柱的散射场，与已知结果对比验证了本文所编程序的有效性；

This paper discusses the Finite-Difference Time-Domain method with numerical examples.The scattering field of an infinite metal cylinder illuminated by Gaussian-pulse plane wave has been calculated.Comparing with the known results,it proves that the computer programmes in this paper are valid.With these programmes,the computed results for a dielectric cylinder in the lossy medium are presented.
