摘要
利用多因子实验设计,研究了主要环境因子温度、光照对尖刺拟菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzschia pungens)和中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatuma)生长的影响。经ANOVA统计分析(Tukey test),结果表明,在实验范围(温度15,20,25,30℃和光照强度1500,4000,7000lx)内,温度对尖刺拟菱形藻的生长有显著影响(0.01<P<0.05),对中肋骨条藻的生长有极显著影响(P<0.01);光照强度对中肋骨条藻的生长有显著影响(P<0.01)。在实验条件下,尖刺拟菱形藻的最适生长温度为25℃,最适光照强度为7000 lx,比生长率为0.93d-1;中肋骨条藻的最适生长温度为25℃,最适光照强度为7000 lx,比生长率为0.92 d-1。
Two-factor experiment design was used to study the effects of temperature and irrdiance on the growth of Pseudonitzschia pungens and Skeletonema costatuma. The results showed that the growth of Pseudo-nitzschia pungens was significantly different among temperature (15,20,25,30℃) and irradiance (1500,4000,7000 lx) , and the growth of Skeletonema costatuma was significantly different among temperature ( 15,20,25,30 ℃). In this experiment, the optimal temperature is 25 ℃, the optimal irradiance is 7000 lx, and the growth rate is 0.93d^-1 for Pseudo-nitzschia pungens. The optimal temperature is 25℃, the optimal irradiance is 7000 lx, and the growth rate is 0.92d^-1 for Skeletonema costatuma.
