摘要
选择有机分子组装型和无机银系抗菌剂与PP(聚丙烯)切片共混,在一步法设备上研制抗菌丙纶。抗菌丙纶的物理指标与常规丙纶相同,抗菌率达93％以上,经50次洗涤抗菌率仍达90％以上。文章还介绍了抗菌丙纶在非织造布领域中的应用情况。
The anti - bacteria polypropylene fiber was prepared on one - process device by blending organic molecular assembly and inorganic Argentine system anti - bacterial agent with PP chips. The physical indexes of anti - bacteria polypropylene are same with that of conventional polypropylene fiber. The anti - bacteria rate is up to over 93% ,and still be over 90% even after 50 times washing. It can be extensively used in non - woven cloth field.
