摘要
采用LiOH作催化剂,DMF为促进剂,利用八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、八苯基环四硅氧烷(P4)为单体,制备聚二甲基-二苯基硅氧烷二醇.在一定条件下,其分子量可由加水或LiOH的量控制.未反应的P4可由石油醚-甲醇处理除去.
Two efficient methods for the preparation of polydimethyl-diphenylsiloxane diolhave been described. Using LiOH as catalyst, DMF as promoter, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and octapheny- lcyclotetrasiloxane as monomers,under certain conditions,the polymerization reaction was carried out and molecular weight of the copolymers obtained can be controlled by the amount of water or lithium hydroxide added. Thecopolymers have been purified by treating the raw products with petroleum ether andmethanol.
