摘要
在乙醇—盐酸溶液中以Pb为阴极,电解还原邻二硝基苯以制各邻苯二胺。阴极液为80mL乙醇—盐酸溶液(乙醇与10%盐酸的体积比为1:1)加2.50g邻二硝基苯,温度为90±℃,电流密度为4.5A/dm2,电量为理论电量时,邻苯二胺的最大产率达97.8%。
Electrolytic reduction of 1,2-dinitrobenzene(Ⅰ)to1,2-diaminobenzene(Ⅱ)at a leadcathode was conducted in ethylalcoholpe-HCl solution.Amaximum yield of 97.8%of(Ⅱ)was ob tained.Optimum conditions were cathode solution 80 mL ethylalcohol-HCl(ethylalcohol:10% HCl=1:1(V/V))+2.50g(Ⅰ),temperature 90±℃,cathodic current density 4.5 A/dm2 and the the oretical current was passed.
