摘要
通过高岭土碳热还原-氮化反应合成了β'-Sialon粉体.用x-射线衍射、红外吸收光谱、失重率的测定来分析该粉体矿物组成与合成反应转化率.反应加热温度、保温时间、高岭土与炭黑的配比等反应条件对β'-Sialon粉体的形成影响很大.用扫描电镜观察了粉体的形态.
Sialon powder was synthesized from the fixture of kaolin and carbonblack through carbotherrnal reduction-nitridation reaction.The phase composition andreaction convertion were analysed using x-ray diffraction, IR-spectrum and measuringweight loss after reacting. It is shown that the formation of β'-Sialon powder is affectedsignificantly by the reaction conditions,including heatipg temperatures,holding time,and ratio of Kaolin and carbon. The morphology of the synthesized β'-Sialon was observed by SEM.
