摘要
苗木对磷肥的利用率、土壤对苗本的供P能力和苗木的营养状况,用^(32)P标记肥施入苗圃后测定苗木体内^(32)P水平的方法来研究,NAA在插穗中起作用的部位用^(14)C-NAA标记的插穗上长出的黄化茎制作的冰冻切片显微自显影术来研究;而^(35)S-蛋氨酸参入和LSC分析^(35)S-蛋白质的方法则用于研究NAA对DNA模板的活化作用;取^(35)SO_2熏过的苗木进行LSC、宏观自显影和微观自显影的方法则用于研究苗木对SO_2的吸收与净化。
The method applying 32P-fertilization to nursery and detecting 32P level in stocks is better to research the utilization ratio of P-fertilizer,contents of effective phosphorus in soil,and nutrient level of plants Action sites of NAA in cuttings are observed with 14C-microauto-radio-graphy of white stem sprouted from cuttings treated by 14NAA,and the activation of NAA to DNA model is traced with 35S-methionine detected by LSC techniques of 35S-protein.LSC,follwed by macro and micro-.autoradiography of stocks treated with 35SO2 is a way researching absorption and clearing of SO2 by plants
