摘要
用硅溶胶、丙烯酸酯类单体,KPS为引发剂,以反应型乳化剂与十二烷基磺酸钠(SLS)为复合型乳化剂,采用乳液聚合法制成了硅溶胶/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液。研究了反应型乳化剂的加入方式、与SLS配比、乳化剂总用量等因素对乳液性能的影响。结果表明采用在滴加单体前加入反应型乳化剂,二者(反应型乳化剂与SLS)质量比为2∶1,乳化剂总量为0.5%时,可以得到稳定性、耐水性和光泽较好的乳液。动态激光散射仪测试表明,该乳液复合粒子的平均粒径为50.1 nm,分布宽度为0.075。
SiO2 sol/polyacrylate complex emulsion was synthesized by an emulsion polymerization, with reactive surfactant and sodium lauryl sulfonate (SLS) as emulsifiers. The influence factors on the performance of the complex emulsion, such as the adding way of the reactive surfactant, weight ratio of two kinds of emulsifiers, and the total amount of emulsifiers were researched in this experimental system. The result shows that adding reactive sur{actant before monomer is the best way. When the weight ratio of the reactive surfactants to SLS is 2 : 1 and the total amount of emulsifiers is 0.5 %, the stability of the emulsion and both the waterproof and the glossy of the films are better than others. The average diameter of the compound emulsion particles is 50.1 nm and the distribution of the particle size is 0. 075, which were tested by a dynamic laser light scattering instrument.
