润滑油黏度指数改进剂组成的综合分析方法 被引量:1

摘要 采用光谱法表征了未知组成的润滑油黏度指数改进剂,用1H-NMR确定其主要序列结构和各种单体的聚合比,用凝胶渗透色谱法确定其相对分子质量和相对分子质量分布,并将1H-NMR和凝胶渗透色谱联用确定其聚合度.将所述方法用于九种黏度指数改进剂样品的综合分析:1^#~8^#样品的化学组成为乙丙共聚物,序列结构以EEE、PEP、EPE和PEE结构为主,数均相对分子质量在52000~120000之间,多分散性在1.90~2.90之间,并分别计算其平均聚合度;9#样品为乙丙共聚物和聚苯乙烯的共混物,序列结构以(PE)n为主,两种组分的数均相对分子质量分别为540969和103383,并通过综合分析确定出两种组分的质量分数及单体平均聚合度等参数. Lube oil viscosity index improvers of unknown composition were analysised qualitatively with a spectroanalysis method, its main sequential structures and monomeric polymerization proportion were determined by ^1H-NMR, its molecular weight and distribution of molecular weight were given by GPC, and the polymerization degree was caculated by combination of ^1H-NMR/GPC. 9 kinds of lube oil viscosity index improvers were analysised comprehensively with the methods: samples 1 ^# -8 ^# were ethylene-propylene copolymers, their main sequential structures were EEE, PEP, EPE and PEE, their number average molecular weight were 52000 120 000, their polydispersities were 1.90-2.90, and their average polymerization degrees were also caculated; sample 9^# was a mixture of ethylene-propylene copolymer and polystyrene, its main sequential structures was (PE),, its number average molecular weight of components were 540 969 and 103 383, respectively, and an other structural parameter were determined and caculated.
