随着中国加入WTO和世界经济的全球化,国民经济的许多方面已开始融入世界经济的潮流。面对日趋激烈的国际市场竞争,除了价格竞争之外,选择结算方式也成了一种重要竞争手段,且每一种结算方式都有其潜在的风险。在国际贸易中,如何有效地避免结算中的风险至关重要。在托收和信用证结算方式风险的产生和防范方面,中国外贸体制必须进一步改革和完善,加快建立能适应中国对外贸易额持续、高效、增长的结算风险防范体系。

With China＇s entrance into WTO and the economic globalization, our national economy has begun to blend with the global economy in many aspects. Choosing means of international settlement has become a very important competitive measure besides price competition means. But it is of great importance to avoid risks in the payment of international trade. This article mainly states how the risks take place and how to avoid these risks for COLLECTION and L/C. It comes to the conclusion that the foreign trade system of China must be further reformed and improved in order to establish the settlement system for risk control with the increased foreign trade volumes as soon as quickly.
