北美研究型大学图书馆专业岗位设置与薪金的分析

Analysis on the Professional Positions and Salary Survey Data in the ARL University Libraries

以北美研究型图书馆协会(ARL)发布的2004-05年度专业岗位薪金调查数据为基础,分析了美国和加拿大研究型大学图书馆最新的专业岗位设置、薪金增长情况以及与从业年限的关系,进而提出了供我国重点大学图书馆岗位聘任制度改革参考的几点启示。

Based on the data of ARL Annual Salary Survey 2004 05, this paper analyzes the professional positions, salary increase and their relations with years of experiences in the ARL university libraries. Several suggestions are put forward with the inspiration drawn from the survey data analysis for the reform of the personnel employment system in the top rank university libraries in China.
