摘要
电力体制改革的主要目的是打破垄断、引入竞争、提高效率、降低成本，真正还用户以真实的电价。但在电网项目建设管理中，因垄断体制造成建造成本居高不下的弊端仍然存在。迫切需要国家继续推进电力体制改革，打破垄断、开放市场、引入竞争、加强监管。
The main purpose of the Chinese power system reform is to break the monopoly, introduce competition, increase efficiency, reduce cost, and provide power to users at real price. But in the construction and management of power grid project, the malpractice of high construction cost doesn＇t change due to the monopoly system. It requires urgently Chinese center government to push the reform of power system continuously, open the investment and construction market of power grid further, and strengthen the supervision.
