对界定民营经济内生性融资的观点进行商榷。融资不存在二元经济结构对应所有制的歧视，且民营融资并未解决信患不对称。民营融资从“民资、民用、民管”，发展成“全资、广用、统管”的金融开放和创新的融资体制，同时须采取相应的策略规范融资行为。

Discussing the definition of endogenous financing of private economy, demonstrating that ownership discrimination is absent in financing connected with the dual economic structure, and there still exists asymmetrical information in fiuancing of private economy. Furthermore, it＇s pointed out that civilian management should be brought into unitive management, civilian financing put in public financing, civilian operation turn into general operation, and an open and innovative financing system should be set up to normalize private financing.
