我国沿海开发区的现实困境及新形势下的战略选择——以天津泰达为例

The existent predicament of development zone in the coastal area of China and its strategic countermeasures in future: exemplified by the case of TEDA

以天津泰达为例进行分析,指出我国的一些沿海开发区在长期发展过程中,在取得成就的同时也面临着“经济风险-社会失衡-空间隔离-发展鸿沟-区域失控”等诸多问题;探讨了这些问题的根源并就其战略选择提出了相应的建议。

The paper thinks there are not only great achievements but also many notable problems - ＂economy hazard - community unbalance - spatial seclusion - development gap - region disperse＂ in the development zones of seaside region of china base on the case of TEDA. Then the paper points the root of the problems is the complicated predicaments - ＂path dependence- struettire inertia - spatial isolation＂. Finally, the paper predicts that the strategy of ＂region harmonization - new town reconstruct＂ will be the right choice of TEDA in future.
