完善工程量清单计价模式的研究

Study of Pricing Model for the Settlement of Project

从分析我国传统定额计价模式工程费用特点入手,评价了传统定额计价模式下我国建设工程计价存在的若干弊端,探讨了推行工程量清单计价过程中可能存在的问题,并论述了工程量清单的编制原则,提出了要完善工程量清单计价的对策建议。

This paper analyzed the disadvantages in the traditional unified pricing model by analyzing the model and bidding system. The new 《List of Pricing Regulations of Construction Project and Amount of Construction》 was issued in 2003, which is still need to be improved. The paper also put forward some suggestions to better the list pricing for the amount of construction.
