This paper introduces the design of window checkers in the development of the spot checker testing communication control equipment (SCTCCE). Besides the principle of window checkers this paper also introduces emphatically the set up principle of its window level; the error analysis of SCTCCE and measures to reduce testing errors. SCTCCE has been appraised by the departments concerned.
