摘要
目的 了解镇江市蚊类种群构成及季节消长情况,为有效控制蚊虫提供科学依据。方法 成蚊调查采用人工小时法、帐诱法、诱蚊灯法,蚊幼调查采用勺捞法,所捕获的蚊虫带回实验室分类、鉴定、计数。结果 共捕获蚊虫2313只,由4属7种构成,淡色库蚊和中华按蚊为优势种群;全市4~11月蚊幼平均密度为12.23只/勺,成蚊平均密度为12.37只/h,6~9月为活动高峰期。结论 初步摸清了镇江市蚊类的种群构成和季节消长情况,为开展蚊防制提供了科学依据。
Objective To know the species forming of mosquitoes and their season growth and decay in Zhenjiang, and to provide scientific basis for preventing mosquitoes effectively. Methods Man-attracting method, net-attracting method, light - trapping method for adults and scoop dipping method for larvae were used. The collected larvae were taken to the lab to be classified, identified and counted. Results Seven species of four genera (2 313 mosquitoes ) were collected. Culex pipiens pallens and Anopheles sinensis were the dominant taxa. The average density was 12. 23 individuals per scoop in larvae, 12. 37 individuals per hour in adults from April to November in the whole city and the high density occurred from June to September. Conclusion The species forming of mosquitoes and their season growth and decay in Zhenjiang were preliminarily known. The study provided scientific evidence for controlling mosquitoes.
