Rational Reflection on Scientific Development View

发展问题,就其本质而言,是一个哲学问题。作为世界观的科学发展观,必然影响人们改造世界实践的行为方式和价值取向;科学发展观的实质是发展,而发展的实质是新事物代替旧事物的前进的上升运动,因而科学发展观必然要求经济社会向着全面、和谐、文明的方向发展;发展观是否科学,关键是看发展是遵循客观规律还是违背客观规律。实践证明,什么时候我们对发展规律的认识比较深刻,经济建设的指导思想和实践比较符合客观规律,什么时候发展就比较顺利,发展的效果就比较好。反之,发展就会出现曲折,甚至会付出沉重的代价。

Development, in essence, is an issue of philosophy. The scientific development view, as a world view, will inevitably influence people＇s value orientation and their practice of changing the world. The essence of seientific development view lies in development whose essence is a rising process in which old things are replaced by new ones. Therefore, seientific development view requires that the society and the economy develop holistically and harmoniously. Whether a development view is scientific or not depends on whether the development abides by objective laws or is against them. It has been proved in practice that only when we have a profound understanding of the development laws and the guiding notions anti practice of developing economy arc in accordance with the objective laws will our nation develop smoothly and efficiently. Otherwise, development will encounter difficulties which may result in high price and cost.
