To Intensify the Ability of the Party in Power and Bild a Harmonious Society

党的十六届四中全会通过的《关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的命题,这一重大命题的成功解决关键在于加强党的执政能力建设,和谐社会的有效构建对党的执政能力建设亦能产生积极的效益,要使二者相互促进、相得益彰,必须首先要明确各自的地位且善于处理好二者间的相互关系。

Decisions on intensifying the ability of party in power, which was passed during the fourth session of the sixteenth National People＇s Congress, put forward the subjcet of building a harmonious society. The key to solve it successfully is to intensify the abilityof party in power, which can be affected actively by a harmonious society . In order to make both of them complement each other, we should make clear of the position of each other and deal with the relationship between them well.
