摘要
中共十六届四中全会提出了和谐社会这一全新概念,这是我党对建设中国特色社会主义认识的发展,也是我党执政理念的升华。社会主义和谐社会的内涵和目标是令人鼓舞的,但构建社会主义和谐社会的途径还需不断探索。
The Fourth Plenary Session of 16th CPC presents a new concept, harmonious socialist society. This is the development of our party＇s understanding of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and also the level of our party＇s philosophy. The content and objectives of the harmonious socialist society is encouraging, but the way to build a harmonious socialist society should be continually explored.
