To Promote the Work of Employment Actively,to Build a Harmonious Society

就业问题是构建和谐社会的一项基础性工作。就业问题的解决有助于社会成员自身的发展,有助于保证社会的安全运行,有助于提高社会成员的责任感。有助于缓解贫富差距,体现社会公平,有助于社会发展基本宗旨的最终实现。因此,国家应该实行促进就业的长期战略,保障构建社会主义和谐社会的顺利实现。

The employment question is a basic job of building the harmonious society. The settlement of the employment problem contributes to social members＇ own developments, to guaranteeing the safe operation of the society, and to improving social members＇ sense of duty. It also contributes to alleviating the gap between the rich and the poor, reflecting a fair society, and to realizing the basic aim of the social development finally. So, our country should promote the long—term strategy of obtaining employment , to ensure building a harmonious society smoothly. Regarding this as the starting point, the author proposed us a series of counter rmeasures to solve the employment problem with a definite target in view.
