摘要
教学活动是师生之间的双边互动过程。在此过程中,充分尊重学生的主体地位,发挥学生的积极性和主动性,必须对学生进行科学有效的激励。教学激励的基本策略有:目标激励、情感激励、榜样激励、奖励——惩罚激励、合作——竞争激励、反馈——评价激励。通过激励,可以最大限度的提高教学的效率与质量。
Teaching activity is a two-side mutual process between teachers and students, during which in order to show respect to students, leading role and giveplay to students, enthusiasm and initiative, teachers must stimulate students ina scientific and effective way. The basic strategies of teaching include; goalstimulus, emotion stimulus, model stimulus, rewards-punishments stimulus, cooperation-competition stimulus and feed back-evaluation stimulus. With thehelp of stimuli, teaching efficiency and teaching quality can be improved at thegreatest level.
