顺行肱骨交锁钉治疗肱骨干骨折

Theatment of Hulner Shaft Fractures with Antegrade Interlocking Nailing

目的：探讨顺行肱骨交锁钉治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法：应用髓内钉固定治疗肱骨干骨折28例。结果：术后随访3～24个月（平均14．2个月），骨折愈合良好。无延迟愈合及不愈合。结论：顺行肱骨交锁钉治疗肱骨干骨折具有创伤小、固定牢固、术后并发症少、骨折易愈合等优点。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of antegrade interlocking nailing for hulner shafe fractures. Methods：Twentyerght patiens with hulner shaft fractures were treated by using interlocking nailing. Results：All fractures healed in an average of 14.2 months without delayed union and no union, Conclusion： Antegrade interlocking nailing treating hulneral shaft fractures have the advantages of less compliation, easier union, less surgical exposure.
