普通高校成教学生的“人性化”管理探析

分析成教脱产学生教育管理工作的特殊性,提出要对成教学生为主体的育人环境、教育管理模式、思想政治工作等方面进行创新、探索和改善,树立以人为本的观念,研究人的需要,激发人的动机,引导人的行为,达到教育和管理的目标。

By analyzing the particularities in the education and management for off-the-job adult students, the paper puts forward some feasible practices, such as renovating ideology education, exploring applicable edu cation and management patterns, perfecting talent-cultivating environment, and setting up the concept of talent orientation, thus to achieve the goals of education and management as well.
