文章基于SWOT模型,根据邯山区的实际,具体分析了邯山区所处外部环境中的机会与威胁及自身条件所具备的优势与劣势,并依据分析的结果提出了切实可行并独具特色的邯山区发展的战略,即发挥“两大”优势,实施“两开”带动,打造邯郸“海淀”。

Basing on SWOT matrix,this paper analyses the development strategy of Hanshan district. Through analyzing the Hanshan＇s advantages and disadvantages, threat,opportunity, we put forward the feasible and special development strategy of Hanshan. To say more specific is to make the best of two strong points and to operate two ＂opening＂ strategy , thus form the ＂the Haidian＂ district of Handan.
