摘要
应用终端开路同轴线传感器,采用微机控制的自动测量装置.在频率为0.1~10GHz的范围内对不同物质的复介电常数进行了非破坏性测量.从理论上讨论了测量原理,并对实验结果同有关文献进行了比较。
An open ended coxal line is analyzed as a sensor for nondestructive measurement of the complex permittivity of the substance. The principle and measurement system, based on automatic measurement line operating at frequencies from 0 1 GHz to 10 GHz, are described. Comparation between experiment values and the related literature have showed that the measurement method is reasonable and reliable.
