德治与法治是中国传统治道思想所关注的主要问题之一,以王符《潜夫论》为个案分析对象,探讨了东汉后期政治中德治与法治的关系问题,即王霸兼综、德刑并用、儒法相辅的互动与嬗变趋势,进而论证了王符在其思想体系中为维系良好的国家和社会秩序所做出的理论努力。

Moral management and legal management are the important issues strongly concerned by the Chinese traditional Zhi Dao. The paper explores the relationships between and the changes of moral management and legal management of the Eastern Han Dynasty from the perspective of Wang Fu＇s ＂ On Hermit＂, and points out Wang Fu＇s theoretical efforts in maintaining social order in the country.
