摘要
不同浓度(3.8,0.38,0.038μml/L)的亚甲蓝光敏反应对腹水型肝癌细胞(HepA)蛋白质分子具有明显的降解作用,降解作用随亚甲蓝浓度的增加,照光时间的延长而加剧,过氧化氢酶对细胞有明显的保护作用。
Photosensitization of methylene blue(3 8,0 38,0 038μmol/L) has significantly degradation on protein molecules of ascitic hepatoma(Hep A) cells. The degradation of protein molecules depends upon the concentration of methylene blue as well as the irradiation time. Catalase protects cells significantly. This showed that photosensitization of methylene blue was closely related to H 2O 2.
