摘要
报道了异丁醛、乙酰胺和合成气(CO/H2)在一定比例的催化剂及配体的共同作用下合成N-乙酰基缬氨酸.着重于选择适当的催化剂、配体以及反应条件,以提高N-乙酰基缬氨酸的产率.实验结果表明对醛的酰胺羰基化反应,作为羰基化催化剂的前驱体,简单的CoCl2盐具有比CO2(CO)8更高的催化活性;用色质联用工具鉴定出一种重要的反应中间物:N-乙酰异丁烯肢和一种相关的副产物N-乙酰异丁胺,这对于阐明催化反应机理有一定的意义.
The systhesis of amino acids via amidocarbonyiation of either aldehyde or olefin is one of new research fields in syngas chemistry.The N-Acetylvaline was synthesized from isobutanal.amide and syngas in the presence of cobalt catalysts. It was found that the cheap CoCl2, salt can be satisfactorily used as cobalt catalyst precusor instead of Co2 (CO)8. When the reaction was carried out at 120℃,7. 8 MPa, CO/ H2= 3, using CoC2-PPh3 as catalyst system, the yield of N-Acetylvaline was 92%. A key Intermediate, N-Acetylisobutenamine and a relevant by-product, N-Acetylisobutanamine were characterized by GC-MS. Possible mechanism for this new process was briefly discussed.
