There is formal and informal deference of richness and poorness, it can coring the profit increasing if it is in the condition of formal deference of richness and poorness, It can harm the economic operation if it is in the condition of informal deference of richness and poorness directly . It can influence the speed and quality of the whole economic development if we enlarge the deference of richness and poorness. Therefore, it can influence steady society.
