With the spread and deepening of the Network, the net - surfing university students increase dramatically and have become the main users of the Network. The Network has entered such fields as university students＇ study, life and emotions, and has provided an important platform for university students＇knowledge acquisition, thoughts exchanging and recreation and entertainment. This paper mainly analyses the positive and negative impacts of the Network on university students and at the same time, puts forward several corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
